I’d like to shop from you but don’t have an account, how do I register?

Before you can shop online, you will need to register with us. Please note this is our trade only site and not for individuals. You can register with us here or at the top of the page, just click on Register button. Simply fill in the form and we will let you know once you’ve been activated, but please note this may take up to 48 hours. In the meantime, you are free to browse the site and start planning what would work for you. You can contact us at sales@cubicuk.com or 0207 095 9399 if you need any further help.

Do you have a minimum order value?

Yes, we do, our products all come in multiple packs. We also have a minimum order and a carriage paid order value. You will have access to this once your account is activated.

I can’t see any prices on the site?

You have to have a trade account with us to be able to gain full access to our site. Once you’ve logged in you will be able to see the prices and minimums, along with creating wish lists and placing orders online.

I can’t login as I’ve forgotten my password.

Don’t worry – we often forget our passwords as well! Click on the “forgot your password” button on the login page. We will then send you an email with a link in to reset.

Who can buy on this site?

Cubicwholesale.com is a trade only site, so we only sell goods to customers who are going to be reselling them. If you are a customer looking to buy for yourself, no problem! You can shop on our retail site at www.magpieline.com.

Can I sell online or via 3rd party sites such as Amazon and eBay?

You can sell online via your own branded website, just run it past us first. However, we do not allow selling on any 3rd party portals such as Amazon, eBay etc. We also do not sell to solely eBay or Amazon traders. If you place an order with us, you are agreeing that you will not sell in this way and if we find our products being sold in this manner, we will have to cancel orders and close your account with us.

Do you have a brochure?

Yes, we do! Once activated on our site you will receive one in the post, and you will then be added to our mailing list to receive our latest editions going forward. If you are an existing customer, you should be up to date with our brochures, but do let us know if you’d like another copy. You can also view our latest brochure online here.

I’ve placed an order online, when will I receive it?


UK

Most orders leave us within 48 hours but may take longer during busier times (especially around Christmas and after trade shows) but we will keep you updated throughout the process. Items are shipped on a next day service, so you should have your items delivered within 2-4 days of ordering if your items are in stock. If your order is urgent, do let us know, and we will try to work around your requirements. Please note, orders dispatched on Friday will be delivered on the following Monday. If you place your order over the weekend, we aim to process the next working day.

EU

If your items are in stock, orders are usually delivered within 3-5 working days. Most orders leave us within 48 hours but may take longer during busier times (especially around Christmas and after trade shows) but we will keep you updated throughout the process. If your order is urgent, do let us know, and we will try to work around your requirements. Please note, if you place your order over the weekend, we aim to process the next working day.

USA

All goods are shipped from our warehouse in Buffalo, NY using our UPS Ground shipping account. We aim to dispatch your order within 48 hours of receiving your order if the goods are in stock. Depending on your location, as set out by UPS Zones, orders will be delivered within 1-6 days from dispatch. If your order is urgent or if you’d like to find out your Zone and the charges, please contact your Area Rep (you can find them here) or email usa@cubicwholesale.com to discuss.

How does the pre-order function work?

Our site allows you to pre-order items that are coming in at a later date. This helps secure your stock on new launches or on popular items that are coming back in stock shortly. If you add these to your order, you will not pay for the stock until it is available. If you order online and are on pro-forma, the money is ring-fenced from your card, and if there are other items that cannot be shipped, you will only pay for what has left the warehouse. The remaining items will be added to a back order, and once in stock, you will be contacted to pay for the remaining items and once payment is received, the items will be dispatched. If you have a credit account, the back order items will be dispatched and added to your account once the stock is available. Your Account Manager will be in touch to double check that you are still happy to receive the items.

Can I track the status of my order?

Yes, you will receive tracking information via email when your parcel is out for delivery so you can make sure you don’t miss it!
 
Something is broken or missing in my order
 
We’re sorry to hear that your parcel hasn’t made it to you in one piece. Please email us at sales@cubicuk.com (queries@cubicuk.com for US orders) within 5 days of receipt with a list of items damaged (pictures would be great as well) or missing and we will get in touch with you.
