Terms & Conditions
Orders:
Mainland UK: Minimum order is £250 (ex VAT) Carriage charge is £10.
Carriage paid order is £350 (ex VAT)
Outside mainland UK: Ex Works
Online selling:
At present we are no longer opening accounts who wish to sell on Amazon & Ebay as we find this can be detrimental to our brands.
Delivery:
Goods are transported at the risk of the customer.
All damaged goods or discrepancies must be notified in writing within 5 days of receipt of goods.
Returns:
Goods may only be returned by formal agreement between the seller and purchaser.
Carriage expenses and risk are the purchaser’s responsibility.
Payment Terms (UK):
First three orders are pro forma. Pro forma invoices are to be paid for by credit/debit card/ BACS
Subsequent orders are 30 day net after acceptance of application for credit account.
Payment Terms (OVERSEAS):
Payment by bank transfer or credit card in advance.
Failure to pay your invoices within the agreed terms will put your account back onto pro forma.
No further orders will be dispatched until the account is up to date.
We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue invoices, currently at 1.5%.
Reservation of Title:
1.1 The goods shall be at the Buyer’s risk as from receipt of said goods.
1.2 In spite of delivery having been made property in the goods shall not pass from the Seller until
the Buyer has paid the price plus VAT in full; and no other sums are due from the Buyer to the Seller.
1.3 Until property in the goods passes to the Buyer in accordance with clause (1.2) the Buyer shall
not hold the Goods on a fiduciary basis as the bailee for the Seller.
The Buyer shall store the Goods (at no cost to the Seller) separately from all other goods in its
possession and marked in such a way that they are clearly identified as the Seller’s property.
1.4 Until such time as property in the Goods passes from the Seller the Buyer shall upon request
deliver up such goods that have not been resold to the Seller.
If the Buyer fails to do so the Seller may enter upon any premises owned, occupied or controlled
by the Buyer where the Goods are situated and repossess the Goods.
We are more than happy to share images of our products with our customers and they're available to our customers only.
There is a password needed.

PLEASE NOTE:
All images are protected by copyright and as such are not available to copy, distribute or use by any company without our written confirmation.
We only give permission for content to be used once a company is set up and has placed and paid for their initial order.
Even then, the only product imagery and copy that can be used is only for the items ordered. We do not allow web stores to add our products without an active account and an order for the product being made first.
If we find web stores purporting to sell any product lines that have not been ordered we can and will insist the full content is taken down immediately.
This is fully within our Wholesale Terms and conditions.
